Training Group for Women
STARTS JANUARY 10
Group Training is great way to help you work towards your fitness goals. This training group provides you with the opportunity to work with an experienced Fitness Trainer in a small group environment (2-6 members) that provides support, motivation and accountability.
Each session focuses on strength, fitness, flexibility, balance, bone density, and wellbeing. (Exercises can be modified to challenge you at your level.) We meet once per week for up to 60 minutes per session, and sign up includes one 30-minute personal consultation to discuss the goals you are looking to achieve.
Attendance is strongly encouraged for all sessions and you are responsible for completing the workout at least one time on your own per week. After you complete this monthly training you have the opportunity to sign up for the ongoing Strength + Cardio Intervals Training Group.

The progress I have made in my overall fitness, strength, flexibility, balance and endurance since joining the Women’s Workout Group is amazing. Dawna is able to adapt exercises for those recovering from past injuries. She provides feedback throughout the class which has been particularly helpful to me in my quest to get to the next fitness level. I have never stuck with a class for this long before but I keep coming back because it works and I enjoy the group and Dawna rocks!
My goal is to be able to keep up with my 4 grandchildren (and counting!). Because of working with Dawna I can do that and more! As long as she is a trainer, I will be her client!
I’ve benefitted tremendously from working out with Dawna. The functional-based exercises she designs have enabled me to improve my overall strength and fitness. In addition, the workouts helped me discover that I was “protecting” one part of my back due to a past injury. With Dawna’s astute suggestions on how to modify certain exercises, I’ve gradually added movement and strength back into that area of my body in a way that feels safe and is clearly beneficial!
Working with Dawna I went from a size 14-16 to a solid 8 (I even have a few 6’s thrown in for good measure) and have been able to maintain my 30+lb weight loss. My only regret is not taking before and after photos and measurements! Also, I’m happy to report, I actually weigh less than what it says on my driver’s license! Thanks for everything.

Pilates at RallySport
Mat Classes are free with your membership. You can just show up for these classes and tell the instructor if it’s your first time so they can help you with any necessary modifications or direction.

RallySport Performance Golf group conditioning program is based on research by the Titleist Performance Institute. TPI concluded that physical restrictions result in specific swing faults. Working with a golf pro is crucial to solid skills out on the course, but if your body is unable to perform what the golf pro is asking you to do, the swing fault may not be corrected and an injury may result.
When physical restrictions are eliminated through personalized conditioning, the body is free to move in the way the golf swing challenges it to… improving your swing, and your game. Our exercises involve the entire fitness spectrum including: Pilates, yoga, strength, cardiovascular training, agility, motor skill development, and stretching.

Golf is one of the most physically intense sports out there….yet is performed by the largest spectrum of athletes. As a golfer we are forced to be balanced, flexible, powerful, strong, stable, consistent……and is required for 5 hours. We can do so much for our game and life, by simply preparing our body and mind for the demands we place on it.
With your golf conditioning program I improved my overall strength and ability in all my activities, and I won ‘most improved’ in my golf league. I can’t wait to get back into your program again!
After dealing with some major lower back pain, leg numbness, and less and less flexibility, the golf conditioning program at RallySport has been one of the most positive changes for me – and my body – in recent years. I would encourage anyone over the age of 30 to get involved in this program, no matter the shape they are in.
Learning how to walk with poles improves your posture, balance, strength and flexibility. The class will introduce you to the poles, different techniques, exercises you can do with them and great stretches. All techniques can be modified for individual needs.
