Classes are led by RallySport’s professional training staff in an upbeat, energetic and fun environment. And our trainers don’t just instruct, they coach. Throughout class you’ll practice sound and proven training techniques to increase stamina and improve performance and we bet you’ll have some fun along the way.

Yoga at RallySport

RallySport offers many different styles of yoga, ranging from Gentle and Restorative Yoga to Kundalini Yoga. Each teacher is certified and will be able to offer modifications to your specific needs. We have mats, and props (blankets, blocks, and bolsters) outside the room.

New to Yoga? Try our Yoga Basics class, designed specifically for beginners. Foundation, general form of the poses, and safe alignment are emphasized. This one-hour class is appropriate for beginners, students with physical challenges, and anyone seeking grounding in the basics of yoga postures and breathing.
