RallySport running workouts hav a new focus. 3 times per year we will be training for specific races. The next races are:
Treadmill and Track workouts
Join world class runner Melody Fairchild for twice weekly running workouts. Mondays are treadmill workouts and Tuesdays are at the track.

We want to help you make the most of your long weekend runs - whether you are the casual runner, a competitive runner or training specifically for a race. Come log your weekend miles with a fun group of runners of all levels. You will find that running with others motivates you and keeps you on the trail longer. We cater our running schedule to local half marathons and an occasional travel race.
