RallyMoms Happy Hour

Join RallyMoms at Laudisio's. Childcare is free for this event! There is no age limit for children in the nursery, so come enjoy a few hours of mingling with other RallySport parents.

RallyMoms Workout

Tuesday & Thursday, 1:15 - 2:15 with Gina Collins

 You are invited to experience two complimentary workout classes with RallyMoms. Join a fun group of women for a great workout! This class is a mixture of strength, interval training & core training. It is designed to address all the things that moms need; core strength, stress relief, calorie burning and laughter. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Please email Gina if you have any questions.

RallyMoms Workshops

RallyMoms is a community of active moms, and we hope to connect you with healthy, helpful resources. We will be offering workshops throughout the year with local professionals. Some of the topics will include making healthy (easy) lunches for you and your kids, safe parenting skills, natural supplements for kids, fun (and safety) in the pool, and balanced life coaching strategies. Kids Classes

Each day, your children are invited to join us at these classes. Most coresponding times have a fitness class for adults too – so you can drop them off and take some time for yourself… or maybe sit in the sauna, read a chapter or two by the pool, or just enjoy a meal at the café.

Monday: Kids Yoga 10:45-11:15 a.m.
Tuesday Kids Music 9:15-9:45 a.m.
Wednesday Kids Music 10:00-10:30 a.m.
Thursday: Kids Yoga 10:35-11:10 a.m.
Friday: Kids Music 10:40 - 11:10 a.m.
Friday: Kids Dance 10:40-11:10 a.m.
Sunday: Kids Yoga 10:00-10:30 a.m.
