Winter 9 week group program starts Thursday, January 10!

This is an 9 week program with all participants starting and finishing the program together. We meet as a group once a week for 1-hour a circuit training workout emphasizing core, stability and strength, and a group check-in! Daily support including menu plan, food journal, weight loss chart, check in emails and a group Facebook page for the parcipants to interact with/support each other are included in the program. Groups can be repeated for additional weight loss.

We follow the weight loss program from the book the iDiet. All members will be required to purchase this book. You will be provided with a food journal and weight loss diary.

During this program you will learn not just what to eat, but how to reprogram your body's instincts and cravings to make weight loss easier. You will be given menus that start the job of rewiring your brain so that healthy eating and weight loss happen naturally and become such second nature that unhealthy temptations actually lose their control over you. It's the beginning of a transformative journey to healthy, uncomplicated weight control.
