Our Group Fitness classes are included with all memberships and our instructors are among the best in the country!
We offer a variety of classes from Cardio Step to NIA, Group Power to Strength Training, and seasonal classes such as Snow Sport Conditioning too!
Find something for every age range and fitness level with over 40 weekly classes to choose from!
Getting Started
Our Group Fitness classes are considered accessible to all levels of participants. When you try a class for the first time, you should introduce yourself to the instructor. The instructor will explain the format of class and let you know what props are needed for class (mat, weights, bench, etc). Be sure to tell the instructor if you have any injuries so they can guide you through any necessary modifications.
