Indoor Cycling Classes are led by RallySport’s professional training staff in an upbeat, energetic and fun environment. And our trainers don’t just instruct – they coach. Throughout class you’ll practice sound and proven training techniques to increase stamina and improve performance.

Child care is available in our Kids Corner for this ride!
Our Friday night Happy Hour Ride is a great way to start your weekend. It's a casual, 1.5 hour social ride, where you can unwind from your work week. The route designated for this ride is on flat and rolling terrain. This is a group ride that starts and finishes together, with our emphasis being on the social aspect of riding, not training. We finish our ride back at RallySport where we enjoy a delicious meal/drinks provided by one of our restaurant sponsors; Radda Trattoria, Laudisio & Avery Brewing Co..
