A mountain biker and hiker for many years; training for first triathlon this season. I love the adventure of exploring some place new, especially if I need my passport to get there.
I was a Personal Trainer for a spell which led to my interest in pain/injury rehab. I moved to exercise therapy as a specialist in chronic back & neck pain. From there I moved to massage therapy with a strong focus on sports and orthopedic methods. I was a teacher's assistant for several classes including anatomy, orthopedic massage and normalization of soft tissue.
I currently work with many professional triathletes, runners, cyclists, and climbers.
